Brian studied Physical Education and Exercise Science at Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, Va. Brian received the D3 Football All-American award as a punt returner and Wide Receiver. Brian also played 3 sports in college. Brian uses his personal experience along with physical education/science training to condition and develop you into the best shape of your life mentally and physically. Brian incorporates high-energy training and motivation to encourage you to push yourself to a new level and get the desired results.

He has in-depth knowledge of how the body moves and operates for performance. He can analyze and structure exercises to build efficiency in athletes and others. Blake also has a career as a middle school Physical Education Teacher where he can spread his love of fitness and health into today's youth. He is driven to help athletes and others reach the results they desire.
